Mission Statement

The PathLab Initiative is dedicated to enabling students to engage with an array of interactive tools on our website, breaking down barriers and challenges in accessing STEM opportunities. Our mission is to provide free resources, showcase interviews with professionals and mentors in STEM fields, and offer tools and a structured framework that guides students towards a successful and fulfilling future career in STEM.

Hi, I'm Chloe!

I'm the creator of the PathLab Initiative.

I'm a high school senior with passions for writing, STEM, and getting youth involved in scientific research. The PathLab Initiative is a manifestation of my commitment to expand my knowledge of STEM while promoting opportunities in the field to younger students. In the long term, I hope to study biochemistry and pursue immunological research to advance medicine and create a more equitable STEM world.

Fun fact: I love cats! (Even though I'm allergic to them.)
